Stand by me. Side by side. Free from coercion, as equals before the law. Free from a moral claim upon each other requiring acts of self-sacrifice. Free to follow our dreams. Free to work and trade to promote our self-chosen values. In good will, and peace, sanctified and protected by the recognition of each other’s right to live as an end in himself.
